With mindfulness practice, we can turn down the volume of the ever-present chatter in our heads, we can make space to choose our responses to difficult situations instead of reacting automatically, and we can sharpen our concentration and focus.

Kelly Robson trained to teach mindfulness to adults and children with the Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice and the Mindfulness in School’s Project.

Kelly runs 8 week Mindfulness courses at Mycenae House which include a half-day retreat.
