Ballroom Burn is a dance class designed to raise your heart rate, tone your muscles and teach you the basics of ballroom dancing. You do not need a partner nor do you require any previous dance experience to attend the classes. The basic Ballroom and Latin American dance steps are put together in short routines that can be danced solo. You will also learn basic technique that will help to engage different muscle groups along with being shown how to move the travelling dances around the floor. The classes are fun, energetic and lively and run during term-time.
